From vegetables to the production of jams and preserves. A farm with a green heart, on the hills overlooking Lake Endine.
The farm is located in the hills of Endine Gaiano, in the village of Piangaiano. Founded in 2007, its production is principally based on the cultivation of soft fruit, seasonal vegetables and aromatic herbs, with which delicious zero-mile jams and preserves are made, without the addition of preservatives or colouring agents.
To meet the demands of all consumers, the farm makes various types of jams (with exclusively seasonal products), which are also used to accompany meats and cheeses.
In the 100-gram format: carrot, onion, bell pepper, green tomato, fox grape with cinnamon, fig, aubergine and ginger, and pumpkin.
In the 200-gram format: blueberry, strawberry, fig, apple and cinnamon, fox grape, cherry, apricot, chestnut, chestnut with chocolate, chestnut with rum.
The Valeria Colombi farm takes part in the Val Cavallina zero-mile markets in Monasterolo del Castello and Berzo San Fermo.
