The committee proposes a walk from the shores of Lake Endine to the heights of Ranzanico, to discover the museum, cultural and panoramic treasures of our local area.
To spend a day with the family or in a group, we propose an open-air route that is perfect for the period from May to October. We will start at Casa del Pescatore in Monasterolo, one of the finest beaches of Lake Endine, where you can relax in the sun, hire a pedal boat and enjoy a lakeside lunch.
We will then accompany you to the other side of the lake, to Ranzanico Alto, a superb panoramic location where you can take spectacular photos and immortalise the most beautiful views!
Here we will visit the unusual and interesting Silk Museum, set in the magnificent, panoramic setting of Palazzo Re. Serafino, friendly and knowledgeable, will tell you the secrets of working this valuable material and other curiosities related to local history and workshops.
We will then take a short walk to the Naturascelta Beekeeping Farm, where you can learn about the life of the beehive and taste the delicious honey produced on site. On the way back we will stop to visit the charming church of San Bernardino.
PROGRAMME:
– 10.30 a.m. Meeting point at Casa del Pescatore (Monasterolo). Relaxation and leisure.
– 12.30 p.m. Lunch on the lakeside.
– 2.00 p.m. Transfer to Ranzanico. Museum visit at Palazzo Re.
– 3.30 p.m. On foot to the Naturascelta farm. Visit and tasting.
– 4.30 p.m. Return and visit to San Bernardino Church.
