Filisetti Dino Farm

The Filisetti Dino Farm has been pursuing its passion for cheese for over fifty years, with a production that combines tradition and authenticity. Only fresh milk is processed in the dairy, transformed into delicacies ranging from fresh and mature cheeses to blue cheeses, yoghurt and ricotta.

Each product tells the story of uncontaminated pastures located in Endine Gaiano, in the heart of the Val Cavallina, where a favourable microclimate rich in aromatic essences gives the fodder intense and natural aromas. It is from these pastures that a unique milk is produced, capable of creating cheeses with a full and full-bodied taste, unmistakable for their fragrance and authenticity.
