The large living area, characterised by an elegant open space with wood-beamed ceilings, offers a cosy and functional environment with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, comfortable seating, sofa and television. The sleeping area comprises a double bedroom, with the possibility of adding a cot for children up to two years old, and a second bedroom with two single beds. The flat has two full bathrooms, one with shower and washing machine, the other with bathtub.
The outdoor spaces offer a unique experience thanks to the terrace with panoramic view, furnished with table, chairs and sunshade, ideal for moments of relaxation in the open air. There is a parking space in the courtyard and a barbecue area for shared use. Your stay is made even more comfortable thanks to the services included in the cost: bed, kitchen and bathroom linen, Wi-Fi connection, energy and gas consumption, as well as final cleaning.
