La Conca Verde of the Mutti family is preparing to celebrate an important milestone next year: 65 years of history, passion and tradition… that continues.
It is Easter 1961 when Alessandro and Elda decide to open their trattoria: the dishes are those of the Bergamo tradition, prepared with animals from the family’s small farm and vegetables picked directly from the garden. Today we would call it zero-kilometre cuisine. La Conca Verde still continues in the wake of the founders: we are now in the third generation, with a proposal that emphasises regional cuisine and particular attention to the quality of raw materials, which has always been an essential principle of the restaurant.
