Holiday Home Eva is an elegant flat located in the heart of the historic centre, a few steps from the charming Lake Endine.

Completely renovated, it offers a cosy and spacious ambience, perfect for those who want a relaxing and natural stay. The large open space is furnished with a large sofa, a smart TV and a PlayStation 5, ideal for moments of leisure after a day outdoors.
Thanks to its privileged location, the lake is easily reached by a short walk, allowing guests to enjoy beautiful walks along the footpath along the water’s edge, as well as the possibility of hiring canoes and pedal boats to explore the lake from a different perspective.
The living area features a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and toaster, as well as a spacious table and chairs. The spacious and bright living room allows for the addition of a single bed upon request. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom with space for a cot for children up to two years old and a second bedroom with a practical bunk bed. The bathroom offers a comfortable bath/shower with hydromassage, washing machine and dryer for optimal comfort during your stay.
Included in the cost of your stay are bed, bath and kitchen linen, Wi-Fi, energy and gas consumption and final cleaning. Luggage may be loaded and unloaded in the vicinity of the house. Free public parking is approximately 150 metres away. Animals are not allowed.
For large groups or two families travelling together, another holiday home is available in the same building, Holiday Home Borgo Antico, which can accommodate up to four people, offering a perfect option for those wishing to stay close by while maintaining their independence.
