Event organised by Cuore di Donna – On the front line in the support and fight against female cancers. Run, walk, don’t stop… because together we are stronger!
MARCHES AND WALKS FOR EVERYONE:
1) Non-competitive march – 13 km (with 8 km variant)
Suitable for those with good athletic training
Start and finish: Casazza Sports Centre;
Meeting/Opening of entries: 7 a.m.;
Registration closure: 8 a.m.;
Closing time: 11.30 a.m.;
Participation fee: €6.00 (including CSI insurance and event T-shirt – while stocks last);
N°4 refreshments along the route and no. 1 at the finish line;
Showers and changing rooms available c/o Sports Centre;
For those who wish, adding €6.00 (excluding children up to 10 years of age), it is possible to take part in the Buffet to be held at 1 p.m. in Monasterolo del Castello at ex-Monasterola, via Garibaldi.
2) Group walk – 5 km (with a 3.5 km variant)
Routes also suitable for families, children, pushchairs and buggies
Departure: Play area adjacent to the Municipal Sports Centre (Casazza);
Arrival: Ex Monasterola (Monasterolo);
Meeting and registration: 8 a.m., at the Sports Centre;
Departure: 9.30 a.m.;
Closing time: 11.30 a.m.;
Participation fee: €12.00 (excluding children up to 10 years of age, event T-shirt while stocks last, CSI insurance, n°1 refreshment stop along the route and n°1 on arrival;
After the dragon boat and kayak demonstration, free buffet while stocks last).
3) Dragon Boat and kayak demonstration
11.30 a.m. – 12.30 p.m.: dragon boat and kayak demonstration/flower ceremony with the participation of the Cuore di Drago Val Cavallina team, born from the project: “Battere il tumore a colpi di padia” (Beating cancer by paddle) of the Cuore di Donna Association;
1 p.m.: Free buffet for all participants while supplies last;
2 p.m. – 3 p.m.: Awards ceremony;
Surprise guests will be present at the ex-Monasterola in via Garibaldi.
