From 25th to 28th September, the event celebrating rural culture and traditions returns!
Four days to rediscover authentic flavours, ancient crafts, folk music and moments of sharing.

THURSDAY 25th SEPTEMBER – Chestnut cultivation, between sustainable production and conscious consumption

9 a.m. – 12 p.m., Municipal Sports Centre
Initiative for pupils in Year 4 of Berzo San Fermo Primary School with educational workshops.
2 p.m. – 3 p.m., Municipal Sports Centre
Initiative for Berzo San Fermo Nursery School with educational workshops.

Chestnut cultivation: technical aspects and the experience of Misma chestnut growers

The ethics of food between production and conscious consumption

SATURDAY 27th SEPTEMBER – Chestnut cultivation, between sustainable production and conscious consumption
9 a.m. – 12 p.m., Municipal Sports Centre
Initiative for pupils in grades 1, 2 and 3 of the Berzo San Fermo Primary School with educational workshops.
8.30 p.m.
– Evening entertainment with bingo;
– DJ set;
– 1st Val Cavallina Tractor Rally
SUNDAY 28th SEPTEMBER – Chestnut cultivation, between sustainable production and conscious consumption
10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Farmers’ Market and Market Exhibition with stalls selling local products and crafts
2 p.m. – 6 p.m.
Afternoon entertainment:
First ride, free pony and horse rides for children and teenagers.
Free carriage rides for families.
2.30 p.m. – 4 p.m.
Farmer’s Olympics:
Registrations are collected on Sunday morning at the municipal gym where the rules will be displayed. Followed by awards ceremony.
Entertainment with games and fun activities.
5 p.m.
Show with the children of the Berzo San Fermo Nursery School.
8.30 p.m.
Evening entertainment with the “Complesso Folk Jam Session” from Entratico and the “Coro Alpini Valcavallina” choir from Berzo San Fermo.
Closing remarks.

At the end of each evening, show cooking, presentation and tasting of typical products and chestnut-based recipes, prepared by restaurateurs from the village and the valley.
