– 9:30 a.m.: Departure from Grone by bicycle;
– 10:45 a.m.: Arrival at Filisetti and cheese tasting;
– 1 p.m.: Lunch in Fonteno;
– 2.30 p.m.: Guided walk in Fonteno;
– 4.30 p.m.: Departure for return trip;
– 6 p.m.: Return to headquarters.
