THURSDAY 5th DECEMBER
From 7 p.m.:
Dinner with typical cuisine: Pasta al piè de salam nostrà, pasta with hare sauce, wild boar with polenta, barbecue (cotechini, ribs, kebabs, sausages, and chicken wings), chips, cheese, and cakes.
Dish of the day: Risotto del Rino (with porcini mushrooms)
FRIDAY 6th DECEMBER
From 7 p.m.:
Dinner with typical cuisine: Pasta al piè de salam nostrà, pasta with hare sauce, wild boar with polenta, donkey stew with polenta, barbecue (cotechini, ribs, kebabs, sausages, and chicken wings), chips, cheese, and cakes.
Dish of the day: Scarpinocc de Par, Donkey Stew with polenta
SATURDAY 7th DECEMBER
6 p.m.: Solemn prefestive Mass in the church of Sant’Ambrogio, animated by the parish choir.
From 7 p.m.:
Dinner with typical cuisine: Pasta al piè de salam nostrà, pasta with hare sauce, Scarpinocc de Par, wild boar with polenta, donkey stew with polenta, barbecue (cotechini, ribs, kebabs, sausages, and chicken wings), chips, cheese, and cakes.
Raffle prize: €100 CONAD shopping voucher.
SUNDAY 8th DECEMBER
11 a.m.: Holy Mass in the church of Sant’Ambrogio
From 12.30 p.m.:
Lunch with typical cuisine: Pasta al piè de salam nostrà, pasta with hare sauce, Scarpinocc de Par, wild boar with polenta, donkey stew with polenta, barbecue (cotechini, ribs, kebabs, sausages, and chicken wings), chips, cheese, and cakes.
