PROGRAMME:
– 9.30 a.m.: Markets of typical Val Cavallina products, hobbyists…and much more!;
– 10.30 a.m.: Practical demonstration of truffle hunting with dogs by the Associazione Tartufai Bergamaschi Parco dei Colli;
– Noon: Truffle risotto tasting, per portion €10…and much more!;
A group painting exhibition with hands-on demonstrations will liven up the day.
To the delight of children, but not only, the inflatable will be present, as well as the Associazione Giochi Divertimento, which promotes the culture of playful games through eco-friendly materials, first of all: wood!
Refreshment service at our technostructure with roasted chestnuts, strinù, truffle eggs, chips, sweets, and…many good things!
