An exhibition to celebrate the artists of the countless temporary exhibitions that have been a fixed appointment in our calendar of events for twenty years.
The Museum of Contemporary Art Donation Gaini Meli has recently reached the milestone of twenty years. These have been years of intense activity whose main mission has been to promote and enhance the permanent collection dedicated to the couple Alberto and Ester, who donated a large part of their works so that they could become a collective heritage of the entire community of Luzzana.
At the same time, the museum has aimed to become a leading cultural and artistic interlocutor in the provincial sphere, but not only, as it has organised countless temporary exhibitions that for the past twenty years have increasingly become a fixture in the calendar of initiatives promoted by the museum.
To celebrate and thank all those who have been protagonists in various capacities in these twenty years, and who have left one of their works of art as a donation, thus enriching the Museum’s patrimony, an exhibition dedicated to them has been organised. It will be inaugurated on Saturday 21st September 2024 at 6 p.m., at the former old church in Luzzana and will remain open to the public until 10th November.
