WINERIES:
– INVERARDI EFREM FARM(Trescore Balneario)

In Val Cavallina, traditional, artisanal farming methods are still practised, with respect for nature. Every product reflects passion and care: the wine is made from fine grapes and has a unique character
– VALLECAMONICA NAUTILUS FARM (Artogne)
They have been producing mountain wines in Vale Canonica since 2003, in vineyards situated between 250 and 800 metres above sea level. They are reviving ancient local red grape varieties. Since 2010, they have been ageing their “Nautilus Crustorico” classic method sparkling wine underwater.
– OMONERO FARM (S. Giuseppe di Cassola)
A Prosecco born in the unique microclimate of the hills between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, combining the local terroir with ancient winemaking traditions. “CA DEL BACIO”, an authentic, fresh and smooth wine, as delightful as a kiss.
– TENUTA DELLA FONDA FARM (Madone)
A small vineyard in the Oltrepò Pavese region. In 2010, it revolutionised everything: it expanded and modernised to make the most of land that has always been dedicated to wine. The terroir is unique: hills with marl, clay and marly limestone of marine origin.
– ALESSANDRO MOTTA FARM (Asti)
A first-generation venture: Alessandro has transformed the country house bought by his parents in 1996, complete with 3 hectares of vineyards, into a centre of excellence producing Piedmontese wines that are ‘precious gems’
– RUPI DEL NEBBIOLO WINE CO-OPERATIVE (Villa di Tirano)
A Valtellina-based co-operative founded in 2012 with a clear objective: quality and the utmost respect for the environment. They cultivate their vines using organic methods and preserve the dry-stone terraces, recognised by UNESCO as Intangible Cultural Heritage.
– MASO GRENER (Masi di Pressano)
From the vineyard rows of the farmstead, you can enjoy views of the Dolomites and the Adige Valley. The wine is born in Pressano. It is the product of a prized terroir, capable of producing wines rich in character and with great ageing potential.
– RIBOLI FARM (Berzo San Fermo)
Cheeses and cured meats from a small family-run business in Val Cavallina
– BOTTEGA DEL MONDO ALTROMERCATO (Casazza)
Ethical, organic and fair-trade wines, produced in collaboration with social cooperatives on land confiscated from the mafia. Among these are the “Cento Passi” labels.
