10 a.m. – 10.45 a.m.: Artemisia pipe circle (Carlo Forti, pipe maker and traveller)
A ritual and meditative experience with the pipe and artemisia, guided in a circle to encourage listening and inner presence.

10 a.m. – 6 p.m.: Individual sound baths with harmonic instruments (Giampaolo De Sieno and Arianna Forghieri)
Sound baths with Tibetan bells, gongs, sea drums, energy bars and cymbals
