To mark this special event, the Endine Youth Council, in collaboration with Giretto APS, has organised the second edition of “Safe on the Bike”.
For years, Giretto APS has been running educational projects such as “Safe on the Bike”, a programme aimed at children and young people to teach them from an early age the importance of rules, caution and respect for themselves and others.
This event, born out of a gesture of love and the strong ethical values of the Endine Youth Council and the local council, will help save lives and foster a more mature and responsible approach to mobility.
PROGRAMME:
– Meeting point: children wishing to take part in the obstacle course must bring their own bicycle to the Endine Gaiano sports ground, in the Prada area, between 10.30 a.m. and 7 p.m.;
– Helmets compulsory: for the children’s safety, Giretto will provide helmets;
– Cycling licence: All children who complete the skills test will receive a cycling licence, a safe cycling handbook and a high-visibility rucksack;
– Snack: Snack provided by the Youth Council;
– Free entertainment for children and teenagers, including a snack and goody bag;
– Free entry.
