Following these routes immersed in the green, you will come across farmsteads, ancient &#8220;roccoli&#8221;, spaces dedicated to didactics and open-air activities, and opportunities to learn more about local history and culture. And if trekking has made your mouth water, the Cavallina Valley Biopark also offers pleasant food and wine breaks.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The heart of the green area is <strong>the ancient village of Trate<\/strong>, where in addition to sampling local products, you can discover the history and culture of the valley, from theory to practice, from the educational and training spaces of the C\u00e0 del Val\u00f9 to the stables, where you can meet horses, goats, donkeys, cows and sheep and discover their role in <strong>the life of the local community<\/strong>, between domestic economy, breeding and food production.<br>From the Borgo Antico, one can venture along the <strong><em>Sentieri della Memoria<\/em><\/strong> (Paths of Memory). This network crosses the entire green area, which has survived the abandonment of rural life and is now an opportunity to discover valleys, granaries, barns, and hamlets, where one can also <strong>spend the night immersed in nature<\/strong>.<br>From the animal world to the plant world, the route to rediscover the territory also reaches greenhouses and <strong>vegetable gardens where ancient crops have been recovered<\/strong> and, with them, the rural memory of the Val Cavallina.
